I've gone here for the happy hour special in the past and had a good experience, but this last time was subpar. For starters no one should wait 20 minutes for fries. I never saw the waiter after i placed my order and was never followed up on thereafter. Most of the waiters seemed to pay more attention to the front portion of the bar than the back (where i was sitting) and there were a few people there.
