Cute little tea spot! I did wait a bit, but that's only because they needed to make fresh boba for my order. They even double-checked with me to make sure the short wait was ok before finalizing the order. Kudos to them because I've had a surprise wait of 20+ minutes after placing an order.
I’m new to bubble tea and asked for guidance. They looked at me like I had two heads. Then I had to order on a kiosk and when I had a question about what something was a man acted like they didn’t hear me and after asking again in a polite way, the man didn’t expound on the answer at all. The customer service was def lacking. So I got my tea which was pretty good. I don’t think this place is for beginners. Can’t someone just give a man some help? Sheesh.
It's nice to have a boba shop so close by. I've been here several times. Tapioca is a hit or miss; sometimes it's very hard. I would recommend ordering less sugar because their 100% is very sweet. Otherwise fast service, electronic kiosks that take cc, closes at time stated (did a last minute stop once)
