Walked by and saw Tomers. Couldn’t have been a better time because I have been looking for Amba and some of my favorite Israeli products and they had everything I wanted (even stuff that other Jewish supermarkets didn’t have). Staff was super nice and helped me find everything I wanted and even gave a squishy to my kid which was so kind and sweet.
Great food but wish it was actually open during hours posted. 8am Sunday. Came back at 9am and still nobody there. Are you even open on Sundays?
Not an Israeli/middle eastern Macholit (ie., market). More of a Kosher grocery store.
Great place, has EVERYTHING you need... Super nice ppl!
This place is fantastic! They have an incredible selection of mezze—freshly cooked every day—and so many unique items from all over the world that you’d never expect to find here. What really makes it special is that the owner is hands-on and clearly cares about quality. The fresh-made sandwiches are excellent, and my wife and daughter absolutely love the breakfast sandwiches he makes right on the spot. Highly recommend stopping by—everything here tastes fresh and homemade!
I'm a long time NY guy. I understand that to find kosher food in Manhattan is gonna cost plenty. But at least he has some good stuff with a reliable hashgacha.
The store is great and has a lot to offer, but the owner completely ruins the experience. He’s rude, unpleasant, and treats customers with zero respect. His behavior is bizarre and unsettling, and I honestly felt uncomfortable being there. I won’t be coming back because of him.
It’s very fresh and very favourable food. Highly recommended.
Especially the sushi are very fresh .
Thank you Tomer 🙏

Shopping at Tomer’s gourmet market is a real pleasure. Always fresh products and a friendly staff keeps me going back. A great neighborhood place.

The best service the best food!!!
Clean, with so many options, nice staff.
If you guys closed on Passover you should update on google maps!
I'd give them five stars because I love having an Israeli food market in the neighborhood, and they have some great products. But there are two things that have made me walk out without buying anything a bunch of times.
First, there are no prices on most of the products. It's like a guessing game every time. Why is it so hard to just put prices on your stuff? People aren't coming in because of that.
Second, I get that they charge extra for using credit cards, but why isn't there a sign? You only find out when you get your receipt. That's just annoying.
Very cute and with a lot of learning
