I have to agree with recent reviews that it seems this place has gone downhill. What I got was okay and honestly a ton of food for the money, but the beef felt like an afterthought and was a bit sweet. This place is simple and no-frills, but a fine place for a quick bite.
Came here for early breakfast. English or Chinese OK.

I like how casual it is, it's quick and comes out fresh. Not crowded when I went which is how I like it, reminds me of when I visit China when I can just walk in somewhere, order, eat and go.

Rice Noodles are very soft and chewy which is how I like it and sauces are on the table and complimentary.

I definitely think it needs more meat as a base option.
For the price you cannot complain. Seven dollars will definitely fill up the average person. This place is known for the steamed rice rolls which they serve generous portions of. But it’s not the best tasting ones in the city. They’re also known for the sponge cake that we unfortunately didn’t get to try, but we will next time. The fillings were decent.
