I was there when they were in orchard street and it was really nice, they have a good craft ales offer and the staff was pretty kind. I really felt comfortable there

Visited this shop on Saturday 3/23 at 1130am to purchase merchandise. The cashier was extremely rude. She has very poor customer service. Myself and another party left due to her rudeness. The quality of beer is good but the staff are terrible. She needs training on how to treat your customers.

The owner is rude and his staff are also very unhelpful. He also hasn’t updated his google pictures because he does not own the bar on Orchard street anymore but a little coffee stand in LeS probably because karma knocked on his door.

Been coming here since the opening of the brick and mortar at Orchard Stree(always in my heart!), and stayed a customer even at the move in Essex Market. Lauren is the best, knows my palette from my requests and could even tell me what my taste profile is! I live in Queens and work in City Hall area and always pass through whenever Lauren is working, my outpost in Manhattan!

I swung by Top Hops after a super stressful day and it was fantastic! I wanted a juicy IPA and Lauren recommended life changing selections. New favorite spot for sure- Lauren is genius!

Weird spot. Don't go near closing--though their website specifies 10pm close on Thursdays, we were turned away from grabbing some beer to go at 9:30pm. It's certainly frustrating to walk to a spot only to be denied. Tough to recommend as a result.

One of my fav local spots to grab a beer and enjoy the market! They always have a fun variety of beers cycling through, and Lauren is the absolute BEST!If you're hungry, you can always grab food at one of the many awesome vendors nearby and enjoy it at the bar with your beer ?
What a wonderful place to hangout, watch the crowds go by, and guzzle some awesome beer all at the same time! Too bad it’s a BYOH (bring your own ‘hors d’œuvres’) otherwise so pleasantly pleasant. Highly recommended for anytime dates, get together, between friends and more.
