Located at Essex Market, it's a small little stand among other food vendors. I got my go to flavor pandan and as usual it was delicious. I would describe the taste as taro but just colored green. I went during the late afternoon and it was not busy at all. There is also a nice seating area upstairs to sit and enjoy your ice cream.
