For a good basic Mexican restaurant experience I would give Toro Loco a try. Nothing fancy just decent drinks and food at a decent price. The space could use a little refresh but overall is was a pleasant visit. I will go a again.

My waiter was awesome. He gave me advice on drag shows on Saturday. The champagne needs an upgrade.

Cute, Margarita good, food below average, came cold to table, they did make new dish; but the thrill was gone on heavy tasteless enchiladas. Nothing like my South Orange Toro Loco! Cold Mexican food is unacceptable and hazardous....LOL
