I ordered a green tea cloud cake to celebrate my friend’s 90 year old birthday. This is a very serious event to me so I went personally to the shop near Great Neck LIRR three days in advance, chose my favorable cake,fully paid, and watched the guy who took my order clearly wrote on the order chit that the cake would be collected 10-11am today. I went this morning, to my enormous surprise, they told me the cake had not been made because the order form was still in the drawer, not yet go into the kitchen!! WHAT A ⋯⋯！The young guy, according to them a part-timer, was not there this morning, but the one who had supervised, a middle aged woman, was there. She was awful, shredding all liability to the part-timer, offered no options and not even an apology. I could not find a similar cake in the fridge and had to pick anyone available and go! I will never ever go back to that Great Neck shop again! I also told all my friends in the birthday party not to go!

Fantastic bakery with a great selection of pastries, cakes and bread. Everything is fresh, and the quality is excellent. The croissants are buttery and flaky and their cakes are light and not overly sweet. They also serve coffee, which is very good quality, with interesting flavors like pistachio. The shop has a nice atmosphere and the service is friendly. There’s plenty sitting area inside as well. Definitely a great spot for a coffee and pastry break!

lol I rolled my eyes reading one of the comments below from ‘O B’- yes I’m ‘one of computer enthusiasts living their best café lives’.
This pastry shop has been a lifesaver for me for the past two weeks as I’ve been cramming for an upcoming exam. The food is amazing, the drinks are perfectly balanced (not overly sweet but still flavorful), and the staff are genuinely friendly.
What I especially appreciate is that this place doesn’t offer WiFi, which has been a blessing in disguise—no distractions, just focused study time. Plus no one asked me to leave for my long hours and the staff have been kind and welcoming.
Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for great pastries and a cozy place to get things done.
Edit- Just a heads-up, the shop has a policy to a maximum 2-hour stay. So if you’re planning to study or stay for an extended time, please be mindful and support them to keep things running smoothly
Love this spot, always gotta stop by whenever I’m in Korea town. The only thing I would say is that the prices are a bit expensive for the pastries but the pastries and bread and baked goods are really good and worth it in my opinion. The back area to sit is nice but could be a little better.

Nice bakery in the K-town section of midtown. I picked up a cake for neighbors and they absolutely loved it. My wife and I go here when we need a nice dessert that satisfies every palate.
