I used to come here all the time but will no longer be back. When i came up to the male cashier at the counter at 2:25pm, October 25th when i realized a slice was 8.75 and questioned if it was the right slice he proceeded to SNAP IN MY FACE telling me to hurry up is this to go or stay??
Excuse me??? Looooool never again, you guys lost the sale and the customer forever.
(Also did some research in past reviews that man is absolutely racist - there’s been multiple incidents the past few weeks)

I don’t know why this place has such low ratings , I am a regular customer in this place and almost tried all of their bakeries and drinks and I can assure this is one of the best coffee shops in the area , the only thing it’s not a place where you discuss important matters unless you wanna shout but overall it’s nice , bakeries are fresh , always , and drinks cater all tastes The sesame donut and coffee bun are always a hit but I’d recommend also their almond croissant and matcha cake 😋

Been coming here for years. Today I went in and the guy at the register changed the prices for my items and marked them up. I took him and showed him the labeled prices and he would not honor them. It made me think they regularly do this and hope customers don’t notice. Scammers. I will not be returning. Be careful shopping here.

An Asian male staff member at this location was rude. It was my first time at this shop and I was really upset by the way he spoke to me. It felt disrespectful and might have been racist. 👎🏼

The cake I ordered looks nothing like the cake I got. I was… scammed!?! The ordered cake had strawberries on top with strawberry layer on the inside. The cake I got had grapes on top and had red bean paste on the inside???? I was bamboozled so hard. They should have at least let us know they changed the recipe! So disappointing and not what I paid for at all!
** EDIT ** I got another cake from here and this time the cake TOTALLY FELL APART after a few hours WHAT!!!!!!!! This is ridiculous and totally insane!!!! Shame on you for selling cakes with obviously bad batch of icing!!! I will be telling everyone to avoid this place!!

I like Tous Les Jours a lot usually and I haven’t experienced this here or at another location before, but I experienced a racist incident by a cashier today when I was here with my friend. We were trying to order, so we waited for the cashier. While we were there, a couple (East Asian) stood next to us. The cashier comes over and says “How can I help you?” or something along those lines. We (North African and West African) reply and she goes “Oh I’m sorry” gesturing at the couple. And I’m like “Oh we were here first” and she looks baffled and I’m not really sure if she said anything after that and I was like “yall go” to the couple because I’m not fighting the cashier over that. And then tbe guy next to her was like “I can take you guys” but we left bc racism and they also weren’t serving drinks.

Wow what more can be said about this place. I absolutely love it. From the friendly and helpful staff to the superbly delectable food. Tous Les jours never ceases to impress. Def a must visit when u are in Ktown!!! I love the red bean bun, pan au raisin and the cookies as well as the green tea shaved ice. They also have tasty savory sandwiches and non sweet bread. Chokpukayo!
