staff decided to close the Livermore location early, staff was rude about it. Stated they only closed like 2 min early. I was there before that and the chairs were already up and floors mopped so was obviously closed way before then. I had gone in earlier in the day to see what they had and was coming back with my daughter. Needless to say we will NOT be back.

Well this post actually took a while for me to post and I actually stopped going to this particular place because I started going there to have study sessions with my friend but eventually the staff decided they didn’t like me and started making my drinks wrong I wasn’t mean to them I was never rude I always asked politely if I could get my iced matcha latte made properly the literally gave me milk that I didn’t order and finally I went to a Starbucks to get the drink I wanted it was always a male staffer there that hated me for some reason so my friend friend who witnessed everything that happened we decided never to go there again it was never worth the argument they just won’t get my attention ever.

There are so many options to choose from! I ate various desserts both of the 2 days i visited, mainly Korean desserts. Everything was delicious! Highly recommend!

Nice bakery with some delicious drinks and pastry, but not a place to sit and study/work as they don't have wifi (or they don't let customers use it). The green tea buttercream bread is not very sweet and not worth the price in my opinion, but the mango drink was delicious!

Ordered the cake for my daughter's birthday in their location in Natick, MA. The chocolate one. The user preferences clearly stated - if item is unavailable -> CONACT ME. Instead, they decided to substitute the chocolate cake with a blueberry one. Because it is the same thing apparently. Noone is picking up the phone in the location now either

At this very location - I mean , Koreatown - it’s kind of weird …but still good sweets. I work right in the corner and I don’t recall any time I visited the space and meeting one of the cashiers in a good mood. And I always have to ask for a little bag because if I depend on the gentleness of one of them , I’ll have to eat my sweets in the floor !
I ordered a green tea cloud cake to celebrate my friend’s 90 year old birthday. This is a very serious event to me so I went personally to the shop near Great Neck LIRR three days in advance, chose my favorable cake,fully paid, and watched the guy who took my order clearly wrote on the order chit that the cake would be collected 10-11am today. I went this morning, to my enormous surprise, they told me the cake had not been made because the order form was still in the drawer, not yet go into the kitchen!! WHAT A ⋯⋯！The young guy, according to them a part-timer, was not there this morning, but the one who had supervised, a middle aged woman, was there. She was awful, shredding all liability to the part-timer, offered no options and not even an apology. I could not find a similar cake in the fridge and had to pick anyone available and go! I will never ever go back to that Great Neck shop again! I also told all my friends in the birthday party not to go!
