I was there for a late afternoon lunch. Probably the best Cobb salad I've ever had, upgraded with a generous portion of grilled salmon. The server was very accommodating, and I was impressed that he asked how I wanted the salmon cooked. It arrived perfectly medium. My dining companion asked if a dish could be prepared in an alternative way, and was told, no problem (grilled tacos). i had the feeling that the chef was very talented and really cared about what he was sending out of the kitchen. I'll be back in ever in the neighborhood.

Trademark's a hotel bar but its ambience is much more convivial than the usual air of transience one gets from those sorts of places. This is in no small part because of the staff that never fails to greet everyone warmly. The food is an excellent variety of American fusion. Prices are reasonable for any major city but especially when considering its proximity to Times Square.

Would not recommend. They forgot my friend’s entrée, service was slow, and I spent the night with food poisoning.

Had a quick lunch before heading to the airport. I had ordered a Caesar salad with grilled chicken. A Cobb salad with grilled chicken came out. Not sure whether it was the bartenders or kitchens fault. Did not have time to complain and hate what was served. Cobb salad came nicely garnished with half an avocado, bacon and a whole egg- could not find the mentioned cheddar. Nice Vinaigrette.Service was friendly and fairly quick. Salad was good. Place was clean. Definitely would recommend if you're staying at the near by hotel. I wouldn't make a special trip for it.

Worst brunch I’ve ever had in my life 🤮 The interior is nice and so were the staff, but the food was terrible. Why have a brunch menu if your chef can’t even toast bread (literally) and why serve coffee if it comes from an automatic machine.

We were immediately greeted by Alejandra who was our sever and a true gem. She was so accommodating and attentive. We really appreciated her professionalism and kindness. The food was pretty delicious and the ambience was great. The only feedback would be the mock tails felt a little unbalanced. The chicken and waffle only had one chicken strip. But thats it. Everything else was great

Do NOT come here. Service = terrible. Bill was $81 and they charged us $88.

Now for the thorough review: walked in at 10:55am on a Saturday. Fairly empty so you’d expect good service. Nope! Waited till 11:20 trying to flag down a server and everyone ignored us. We didn’t even have water.

Finally managed to get the attention of the manager, who rudely rushed us to order and only brought water after we asked. Ordered an appetizer that came out 25 min later with our food. They also forgot to bring the breakfast smoothie we ordered.

For the food, fine. The saving graces were the truffle fries and the chicken and waffles. The short rib hash tasted like airplane food. Had to add salt, hot sauce, and pepper and it was still inedible.

Finally, we have to ask for the check. It was $81, they charge us $88. When we inquired, they said they charged the wrong table to us. What a joke!!

To top it all off, the manager was incredibly rude. After a lot of attitude, he wound up saying just leave and we won’t charge you. I mean free meal but horrible experience.

My friend and I made a reservation for Trademark for 5:30pm on a Wednesday evening. I read some of the other reviews, and it seems like noise may be an issue, but if you come early, it's quiet! We also got a cozy booth, which is really generous for a party of 2. The interior has nice, modern vibes. I will say that I was deceived by the entrance. There is a sign that says to enter through the archway on the right, but the entrance sort of looks like a mirror, so someone actually had to come out to help me.

We both got the pan-seared salmon ($28) medium rare which was phenomenal. The salmon melted in my mouth, and it was perfectly medium rare. The lemon butter really complemented the salmon with the capers and arugula. The only slight miss on this dish was the asparagus because it didn't quite fit the flavor profile, though it was well cooked.

Our server was very hospitable and friendly. It did take a while to get our orders taken, but otherwise, there were checkbacks and water refills. I would recommend Trademark as somewhere to check out before a show, but I would have to go back and try other dishes to see if all dishes are worth the elevated price tag.

The space is lovely and the cocktails were nice. Service was what I'd expect mid-afternoon so not amazing but nothing to really fuss about. The food, though, was not great. I had the pastrami sliders and they were incredibly dry. I asked for a side of the house cherry jam to solve the problem but it was inedible. Perhaps a visit during a busier time would be different (better) but there are too many amazing restaurants nearby to make it worth another try.

Cozy spot, nice atmosphere.

Drinks - mediocre, we tried 3 different cocktails.
Espresso martini - too sweet, could not finish it.
Not your clover club - Gin cocktail, it was fine
Bloody Mary - kind of watered down, a lot of black pepper, could not finish it.

Food - tasty!
Tried the braised short rib Hash, bec croissant, and chicken waffles. All very good

Service - nice staff, but very inattentive. When we came here, only a few tables were occupied, and still, we kept being forgotten about. All the time. Had to fish out the server over and over again.
