This place is nice and good for the ambiance of which you end up paying for but not enough for the quality of the food or drink.
There’s a rotation of female bartenders that I feel like the owner only wants women.
Get a person and or a man that actually knows how to service and serve drinks.
I used to like this place, but I think the owner needs to be more inclusive to give a man a chance who knows what they’re doing over trying to Appeal with nothing but women. There is one bartender that is highly anxious and took forever to make my drink and when she did, it was watered down. What do I pay for?
For the ambiance and an overpriced drink.
The owner gotta be more inclusive to people who know what they’re doing over a revolving door. Maybe the owner forgot that it quality. No one wants to go to a spot they want to become their go to spot when the bartenders are always new.
Do something else.
The tater tots aren’t even that good. Save your money.
I also want to add that MALE SERVERS pay more attention to you than the women behind the bar. I don’t know what is the owners deal with not allowing MEN who can make better drinks not able to bartend!
Overpriced and definitely not worth the visit. The head bartender doesn’t even greet you and the last time I went in she just looked at me and didn’t ask if I need anything. They’re too comfortable there. Get better staff bartending that actually care and not a server willing to make a drink over because she feels offended. As well as the cook there, which I forgot to mention! The times I have went the food is cold. Tater tots are what they are known for ? More like poor bartenders and the cook! No one seems happy to be there and they only cater to the regulars. The food is not Cooked with love, seems like he’s cooked at the Job. A staff change seems to be in order, but they train so many other bartenders that never stay , what’s the deduction of that. Get a better cook too, train another cook who actually cares about the food. I’ve tried my best to come but it’s always something. Don’t even get me started of the fruit flies at the bar either.
The owner needs to do something. There has to be a reason it’s a revolving door in that place. Maybe get a male bartender to spice things up over the women who are too comfortable to not greet you and comfortable with the fruit flies as if it’s a staple of the job and I pay for them dancing around behind the bar like it’s bugs life and get hassled for a tip.
I’ll be waiting for a pole for the bugs to spin on over flying around the alcohol, cause at least then I’ll have some sort of entertainment. The only good thing about this place is the “ trailer” part of it, but sure is the owner owning the name as trailer trash.
I was extremely displeased with this place and I work in the area. I have never recommended this place.

Rude bartender with dark brown hair. Management should consider replacing her as her bad attitude is costing them business. Props to the decorator and the waitress with silver nails. There is a major difference between good and bad employees. Hope this helps!

genuinely don’t know where to start because I am still reeling from the appalling behavior I experienced at this establishment. My party and I were seated and had already started enjoying a pitcher of margaritas and appetizers when I decided to order a special drink for my mom as a surprise, on a separate tab. I approached the bar to do so and was greeted by the brunette bartender, whose unprofessionalism and hostility were unlike anything I’ve ever encountered.

When I politely requested to place the drink on a different card, she berated me, outright scolding me as though I were a child. In a snide, condescending tone, she mocked me with the question, “Have you never been to a restaurant before?” I was absolutely stunned by her disrespectful and degrading attitude. I calmly tried to explain that I was trying to keep my mom’s drink off her own tab, but the bartender escalated the situation, turning what should have been a simple interaction into an unnecessary confrontation.

Her attitude was so appalling that she eventually asked me to leave, as if I were the one causing an issue. Let me be clear: this wasn’t just a misunderstanding—it was a blatant display of arrogance and hostility from someone who clearly lacks the basic professionalism and respect required to work in hospitality.

Not only did this encounter ruin what should have been a pleasant outing, but this bartender also cost the restaurant our entire business for the evening. We walked out, leaving behind what would have been a bill of well over $100, all because of her behavior.

I cannot stress enough how unprofessional and shocking this experience was. Management seriously needs to reconsider whether someone with such a condescending and antagonistic attitude has any place interacting with paying customers. I will never return to this establishment, and I would strongly caution others against subjecting themselves to the same treatment.

Terrible food except if you are getting tater tots. Perhaps the food is edible but the drunk patrons. However, avoid getting the food unless you are inebriated or don’t care. Service not bad, however, the atmosphere remains cramped and loud.

Walked out of urban vegan kitchen down the block looking for food food and booze and stumbled into this gem! One of my favorite places in the whole city now. The old music and decor is so comforting, definitely recommend it! Drinks are creative and interesting too

What a refreshing experience in NYC. This place is a delight. Very much enjoyed conversation and recommendations with LA, the bartender. What a gem. I bartend in Charleston, SC and if I ever end up moving up here this will be the first place I apply to work. Great vibes thanks again!

The burger tasted like cardboard. My tater tots were burnt. The best thing was the beer. No seasoning on the food. Super expensive for no reason. Beautiful gowns and that’s all.
