Enjoyed paella and churros the most, every visit was better than the last. Also great guacamole
I love the carne asada tacos, guacamole, the jicama salad, the ambiance, service, and the decor.
We always enjoy lunch at Toaloche Midtown whenever we go to the theatre. Always exceptional service and delicious food!
If i could give no stars i would . Food was bad . Overcharged for chilaguiles that were disgusting.Served whole bunch of soggy chips with tomatoes sauce dressed by sour-cream . Tasteless, gross. $60 for this unheard of . Find somewhere else to go . This place is terrible
Great experience with wonderful service. They are always aware if you are seeing a show and work to make sure you get to your show on time.
Still a favorite even though we have moved across town. Always happy to be welcomed by the great staff and can't wait for my first margarita and chips/salsa before the meal!
Disappointed that our seating request was totally ignored. The hostess was ready to accommodate us and then the manager eyed us and set us by the kitchen counter. We shared that it was a special occasion and the guy just brushed it off. Waiters are great. It was only our anniversary : (
The food here is always good- fresh guac and good drinks. On this visit though we had to keep searching for and flagging down our waiter. Even after we said we had to go to a show. It was a little strange. Though he was very generous with the wine.
Great food, and the service was outstanding ....Had a wonderful reunion with my best friends after not seeing them for over 5 yrs... Can't wait till I come back to NYC and have dinner here again.... My heart is full ❤️
One of the best Mexican restaurants we have ever experienced. We have eaten in Mexico and Southern California and Texas. So we know great Mexican food when we taste it. This was exceptional. The food, the service. Outstanding.

Great proximity to Neil Simon Theatre. Delicious margaritas and food . Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
Toloache absolutely never disappoints! You're treated like family, the margaritas are second-to-none, and the food is authentically delicious! It's a repeat destination for us.
I had booked on OpenTable and said it was for a birthday, but there was no ‘happy birthday', the food was ok, nothing special, portions could have been bigger. Despite there being a couple of free tables, we were put at the bank near the toilets, maybe they keep the best table for locals.
Always happy with my food here. No exception this visit. Staff extremely friendly and accommodating. A little too noisy would be my only complaint.
Food was excellent. Jicama salad was outstanding; short ribs tacos excellent; and the flan was excellent. Server was better than good. All said, an excellent pre-theater lunch.
