The environment is good and the food is OK. But I don’t know if it’s because I went alone and took a few selfies with my phone. I feel that the waiter has a better attitude towards groups coming to eat.

I was really excited to try Tuome for their contemporary Asian American menu. My favorite dish was their complimentary scallion puffs. They were very airy and crispy and reimagined the classic scallion pancake. I also loved the perfectly grilled foie gras in the scallop appetizer. However, I deducted a star for service because the waitress felt a little cold.
