Went here while visiting NYC and now no other udon compares. I love udon, this place has ruined all other udon. 11/10 best udon I've ever had, thank you for an amazing experience. Please let more places like this open 🙏

Delicious fusion udon at reasonable price points and large portions.
Came here with a lunch reservation on a weekday. Not overly packed and the atmosphere was pretty mellow. Ordered the kimchi bacon udon and the regular udon. The regular udon had a nice umami flavor but was a little on the blander side, perfect if you don't want anything too heavy. The kimchi bacon udon was super creamy and had a pretty good kick to it, making it a very heavily flavored dish that fills you up. In my opinion, I did get a little flavor fatigue by the end as the spicy and creamy taste was somewhat overwhelming, so it would be a good idea to pair it with another side dish.
Overall, great udon place with delicious menu items!

Yellowtail Yuzu carpaccio (plus side of rice), and plain udon were incredible! Delicate broth, perfect noodles and seaweed, and really fresh fish cake in the udon.

Food tastes bad especially those that are recommended the flavor is weak not much taste, wouldn’t recommend, same a the soba the taste is bland, one of the worst Korean places I’ve been to, overall wouldn’t recommend.

Not sure how to feel about this because the broth and meat are good compared to other casual udon restaurants, but the noodles are on the stale side and that took away from the experience quite a bit. I haven’t tried their other dishes, but for a restaurant with udon in its name I was hoping for better.
The food here is so good. Like ACTUALLY great food. Not just somewhat above mid. Its really good lol

Yummy~
Beautiful vibey interior, the customer service was great and pretty attentive. The kurobuka sausage was flavorful, juicy and crispy, I’m not a fan on sausage but I would get it again, the kimchi bacon was very good, tasty and creamy sauce, and the Niku was good and flavorful

The food is absolutely ethereal and I highly recommend for people to come here. The service is 10/10, the food is absolutely delicious, I usually do not like octopus but when I ate the takoyaki for the first time I might just eat seafood.

Not bad in terms of atmosphere and service but using was lacking a bit in taste and takoyaki was pretty good.
