Cozy feeling udon shop! Got a takoyaki and udon set. The owner is Japanese and it was cool sitting next to a Japanese family and hearing them interact with some staff members. There’s a coast rack area by the entrance where you can leave large bags and coats. Some countertop seats and a few takes in the back. Noise levels are such that it can be slightly hard to hear your neighbor sometimes, so I’d recommend for solo or duo diners. Just note that it’s cash only and sitting...

In an era of ridiculous inflation, wait times, tiktokers, and beli girls, this particular place has withstood the terror of time and trends. Not everything good has to be Michelin level or have some tik tok trend to make it special. I tried all these fancy udon restaurants but they honestly all just feel like they’re doing too much to me. Udon is a simple comfort food without any unnecessary flair or gimmicks, and I can say with all factors considered this restaurant is doing...

I haven’t been here in a few years but, was very happy when I decided to try it again. The servers were friendly, and I enjoy watching the chefs working. FYI to first timers it’s cash only
