Good food but not not great. Cute space. Service was perfect. My water was constantly being refilled which I feel like is rarely these days. And it’s a heat wave so it was needed. I got beef curry udon. There was hardly any beef and the noodles were overcooked but the curry broth was great. Good price but since there wasn’t much beef I guess the price seems fair.

I had a chicken cutlet curry which was pretty much what you’d expect if you ordered it in Japan, so in that regard the restaurant did not disappoint.
But the waiters were both not really friendly at all and kept giving us strange looks.
After a 2nd beer we weren’t even asked if we’d like to order anything else and were simply given the bill with no further comment.
I’d understand it if we were drunk and misbehaved or anything but that wasn’t...

Been going to this place for years now and everytime it does not dissapoint. Eating eith friends or eating alone, this place is great for both. Great for those on a budget as well with their combo sets. Their udon is literally to die for.
