Unbelievably good. Chef Tetsu is incredibly attentive to every detail. Each dish is perfection; the sakes and cocktails are fantastic. Coco's knowledge of sushi and sake are unmatched. And the vibe here is intimate, warm and welcoming. Outstanding !
The fish, as always, was fresh and of the highest quality. The sake as well. The sushi chef and server, as always at all of the Blue Ribbon's family of restaurants, were spot on, professional and above all made my wife and I feel right at home. The uniqueness of this smaller space, named after the group's late Master Sushi Chef Toshi Ueki, and helmed on this night by their director of sushi, is truly a most special venue providing for an utterly exquisite experience!!...
Good sashimi and food, but truly excellent service and a nice intimate space. It's sushi so you should have an idea what to expect. We did not order anything exceptionally unique--the 18 piece sashimi which was snapper, tuna, albacore, yellowtail, salmon, mackerel.
