I wanted to hate it but I thought the burger was good. There's a lot of buts though when it comes to it. For one, service wasn't the fastest. I saw people who ordered after me get their food first. I saw people who ordered before me still waiting. As for the burger itself, too expensive. It's a good burger but I paid $15. I do not believe I got my money's worth. In Citizen Go that u need to check the entrance on 10th Ave., going up to second floor.The burger here is as good as usual, although still not perfect as what I had years ago in LA.Make sure u got the OG Umami burger and the plain fries will be great enough with truffle ketchup.
Got the umami burger box and the tots (OMG THE TOTS - so good). Give 4 stars for food AND —- Would give 2 stars for the service….There weren’t many people waiting but appeared they were working on some other orders. I approached the counter for a pick up order and was not acknowledged. I finally said “hi!
