Walked in on a Thursday night and Ben, the owner was working and welcomed us in like we were family. We ordered a margharita pizza, plain cheese and pepperoni calzone and devoured it. The mozzarella was so fresh. \n\nGreat atmosphere, phenomenal service, and delicious pizza! Enjoyed that Ben came to the table and share the story of the restaurant and how much he’s committed of his life to its success.

Underground Pizza is an absolute hidden gem in New York. From the moment you walk in, the vibe feels unique laid back, cool, and everything you want from a true NYC pizza spot. The food? Next level!!! The crust is perfectly crispy on the outside with that soft, chewy inside that only the best pizza places can pull off. Their toppings are fresh, loaded, and full of flavor without feeling heavy.

Really fantastic pizza, vegan pizza, and salad! My family has a lot of dietary differences, and they went out of their way with personal service and wonderful food. Highly recommend!
