I had not been to Upstairs at Kimberly in eons and was so happy to see that they were still open. My friend and I were due to meet elsewhere and that bar was super loud and packed so we hopped over to Upstairs at Kimberly. Special thank you to Sophia (Sophie) who was so sweet and accommodating when I called and mentioned that I wanted to sit outside. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Likewise our server Emily that evening was fabulous: super attentive, kind and professional....
I stumbled in with a group of friends & we had such an incredible time! Everyone was extremely accommodating from the host team, server, busser & the General Manager Anjan!! They all made sure that we were well taken care of. We will definitely be back!
What a beautiful space and a memorable experience. The staff from the doorman to the servers were friendly and went out of their way to be sure we had a great first experience. We will absolutely visit again next time we are in town!
