The worst service I’ve ever had anywhere. Drinks (simple mimosas) took over half an hour to get. Ordered bottomless and never got refilled despite going to the bar and telling our server (who was avoiding us) that we needed a refill. This is nyc. Food is good everywhere here. Service is good everywhere. This was absolutely complete trash. Do not recommend

This burger was delicious. The bacons jam is on the sweet side but it went well with the bun and patty. The patty was a little overcooked but the cheese made up for the taste of lost in moisture. Great fries! We loved it! (Burger $21)

Flawless experience.

Not usually one for reviews but was shocked at our meal today. We arrived on time exactly at 1 for a reservation for our table to not even be ready (it was not very busy, maybe four tables filled), which should have been red flag one. We opted for the restaurant week brunch deal so two courses. My fiance and I ordered a salad and avocado toast to start and a burger and Benedict as the second course. By 130, no sign of our food. We asked our waiter who told us both courses were plated together so it would be another 5-10 minutes. At 150 pm, still nothing and had to ask again, told 5 minutes. By 205 our first course came, again just a simple salad and toast. We were told apologies and meal would be comped which was appreciated, but at that point we were frustrated and hungry. 230 rolled around and no sign of our mains so we politely told the servers we were leaving. All that said was sorry and understood.

Appreciate the meal being comped but it’s past the money, we have no problems paying for a good meal. We were frustrated that there was zero communication or transparency, and the fact we had to keep asking where our food was. If they had told us there was a backlog (even though it wasn’t very full by 2 pm) or one chef working, that would’ve been better but zero communication. Left us in a sour mood and hungry, with what we thought would be a nice Sunday brunch.

Do not recommend unless you don’t mind waiting hours for your food, or not hungry and have time to spare.

I wind up having their pepperoni pizza as an appetizer that I shared with the table. It was fantastic.

Had an amazing brunch with some friends! Really great atmosphere! Will definitely be back.

Booked for Christmas with their website specifically saying they were open and serving a fixed menu. Restaurant closed when we arrived and suggested we sat at the hotel bar with a limited menu.

We arrived in time for our Opentable reservation and were told to sit anywhere. Only a few tables were occupied. It appeared there was only 1 server. It took 15 minutes before be even came to our table and that he would bring us water. The menu was very limited. We asked the fresh fish special and he said they were out of fish. We asked about the pizza and he said it was just OK. We ordered a lobster roll along with the shishito peppers but the server returned to our table to inform us that they were out of shishito peppers. At that point we got up and left. So I can't accurately rate the food or value since we never actually tasted the food.
