The mac and cheese was good, with a nooch and plant milk based sauce, topped with a nooch nut dust and scallions. The seitan scallopini was fantastic, with house-made seitan and a caper lemon and mushroom sauce. The Mac and Cheese with gochujang wings and the Egg McNothing were also delicious. The salmon fettuccine is mind-blowing, with creamy fettuccine and salmony vegan salmon. The BBQ wings are quite delicious and spicy. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the prices are good. The atmosphere is very NYC with a great playlist.
