My partner and I stopped by here last night and we were wowed by the delicious ice cream flavors! I got the brown sugar brownie cookie dough I believe, and he got matcha and strawberry. The service here was phenomenal, the employees are so friendly and the vibes were excellent.

commoditized frozen dessert. the store felt corporate and soulless, the staff seemed irritated to serve us, and the ice cream had specks of ice in it. like what???? not worth the price, pleaseee go down the street for better ice cream there are so many better options around here

Fantastic fresh tasting ice cream and top notch service. I ordered a chocolate pistachio milkshake. Eventhough the line was long, it moved very quick. I got my milkshake very quickly after I ordered it. The prices are fare considering this location is in times square. I would visit here again.

The ice cream and cookies were absolutely delicious. I had the vegan peanut butter cookie ice cream along with a chocolate cookie, and both were super tasty.
The portion size was really fair for the price, and the staff was very friendly. I also loved that you could sample the flavors before choosing, which made it even better. There’s a great variety of options to choose from.
Overall, a perfect spot to enjoy a sweet treat right in the middle of Times Square - highly recommend!

Had such a great experience at the Van Leeuwen Ice Cream location in Times Square! The person working was amazing, very friendly, and took the time to give us insight into the different flavors. She was so welcoming and helpful, which made the experience even better.
Being able to get delicious vegan ice cream flavors is such a rare treat, so I was really excited to try all the vegan options. Everything was so good, and the customer service made us want to come back again. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip!

I come in here VERY often, literally probably everyday before or after work and the staff on each and every visit are always the sweetest! Recently an employee recommended the Vegan earth day to me and I was shocked to see it was coconut free and now I am hooked, went back and brought a pint last night after buying a scoop before work earlier that day. This store is the only store i will wait on a line that literally goes outside! (photos from this weeks visits alone lol)
Summer time, line out the door, and only two employees both times I’ve been to this store. Employees were polite but obviously stressed out. Line moved slowly and it didn’t help that there were a ton of door dashers coming in and skipping the line. Not to mention they were out of a bunch of flavors the first time I went. How are you out of vanilla and chocolate? Ice cream is decent but they’ve got to get it together
