I believe his name is Jim. My daughter and I went in to have a drink before going to see wicked. I don’t feel that he was very attentive and made us feel like we weren’t important enough to get his full customer service because we needed to hurry and make a decision because he had a big party that came in although we came in just few minutes before that. Definitely lacking customer service.
