Stopped in for a latte this morning and it was amazing. The staff were super friendly, and the place had a cozy vibe that made me want to stay longer. Definitely my new go-to coffee spot.

Barista Denman was an absolute charm! Thank you for your awesome service! (Tall, slender, barista with the long black hair!)
Visited this café for the first time, and the experience left me with mixed feelings. I asked for a macchiato, and the barista asked if I had come from Starbucks. I thought he meant it in terms of drink size, so I said yes. Later, I realized it was tied to frustration...apparently, people from the Starbucks next door were coming over just to use the restroom... I hadn't known Starbucks wasn't nearby. I even commented, “Well, that’s more business for you,” trying to offer a positive spin. But he replied that the people in line weren’t buying anything.
Fair enough, but if that’s the issue, then those who do purchase something should be given priority. I was a paying customer, along with my friend, and we waited in a line that snaked through the store, only to eventually give up and leave. But he was alone so I completely understand.
I ordered a latte instead of the macchiato, and while it was drinkable, it wasn’t made with love. The ambiance was nice, but the overall energy felt off. What really stood out was when another woman came in behind me and ordered, and when she said she hadn’t come from Starbucks, he smiled and said, “Well, in that case, I’m really glad you’re here.” That felt passive-aggressive and unnecessary. Customers shouldn't feel judged or dismissed. My bad for misunderstanding the question..I guess.
Would I come back? Probably not. Maybe for the ambiance, but certainly not for the hospitality.
Came in on a Saturday night to a single barista and an absolutely full coffee shop. The place was slammed! This solo barista was holding the whole place together. What a rockstar. @management please give this barista more appreciation and support!
The male barista has an attitude and is very rude when asking simple questions. It seems like he does not like his job! I was there in the evening.
