I’ve been a fan of Variety since 2015. I LOVE this location. I come here 1-3 times a day. It’s my escape away from work. My barista crushes (blonde & the manager) and the rest of the staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, & excellent baristas !

Barista doesn’t make the drink you order and then tries to tell you how its all the same drinks. Yes all latte/cappucino/flat white have the same ingredients but have different ways to be made. for 5$ you shouldn’t just make another one and lie about what it is, then rudily try to tell me « its the same ». Its not. Just say you don’t know how to make a flat white, no need to be rude to a tipping customer because aren’t able to make one.

Simple menu but the coffee tastes very good. I ordered a bold brew and a hot latte. The staff was very kind and asking if I need a room for milk for my cold brew. I drink/buy a lot of coffee and not many store asking for that anymore. They also have a nice self serve station where you can add milk/oat milk/cream/skim milk also Vanilla syrup. Which cost extra in most of the coffee shop, in here no extra cost. I also got the confetti cookie, it was good! There a lot of sitting indoor and public restroom accessible. It’s a good place to hang out or working with laptop. Highly recommend this coffee shop!
Parking: There’s a paid valet parking one block away. Street parking is extreme difficult, not recommend driving here, unless is Sunday free street parking.
