I love hot chocolate so much. It's really thick and if you let it "cook" for a while, the bottom chocolate spread turns into a brownie consistency. I really wish they had this all year round.

Incredibly difficult time communicating with the employees (perhaps due to language barrier difficulties). On top of that, waited for a long time because of the unusual system whereby you have to pay before you can try flavours/select a flavour; this is the only place I’ve ever experienced this. Purchased a baby scoop for ~$10 (additional charge for the fresh waffle cone) and the scoop was so small it didn’t even reach above the top of the cone. Others in the group also purchased a baby scoop and received more gelato, so clearly this is employee dependent. Can’t recommend this place when Anita is nearby, moves quicker, has more generous serving sizes (regardless of which employee you encounter), more flavours and employees with better communication skills.

Their chocolates are insanely overpriced. Almost $3.00 for one 1x1x.5 inch truffle is insane. This place is a trap.
