Zero stars. What I ordered and what I received is a joke! It just looks CHEAP!! THEY DO NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY EVER!!!!!!! They will try to send you another arrangement even though these types of arrangements are needed for time sensitive occasions, such as birthdays or holidays so the new arrangement they are trying to send most likely will not arrive on time!! This company is trash.

We placed an order for specific item but they shipped us different one. We knew from their store at one of the malls that they don't have the item we ordered but instead of saying they don't have the item they substituted with different item without asking if we like the née item. The item we purchased is for $521 and we dump it in the trash. No need for a return or a refund just want to share our experience with you.

2nd time I ordered from Venus et Fleur. 1st time was about 3 years ago for my wife's birthday. A small over priced box ( $200) but the flowers lasted a very long time (over a year). Decided to do it again this year with a big box ($500+). 7 months later the flowers have no scent and some of the petals are falling off. Just emailed customer service and was told they last around 2 weeks if kept in the right environment. We have the flowers in the living room which is kept at @ 70 degrees all year round. If the flowers are to last only about 2 weeks then I should just buy them from the local florist and pay a fraction of what I paid for these. I will not support this Venus et Fleur anymore

UPDATATE: after posting a review here I was contacted by VF customer service; I sent the defective arrangement back and asked to replace it with a different one that I was certain would come out nice... there was a small price difference I had to pay, which is fine. I just wish it didn't have to come to a negative Yelp review and all back and forth, but I appreciate that it was escalated and addressed.

Ordered the fleura vase with pearl roses and hedera leaves online. What arrived looked like the Walmart version of what was shown online. The leaves were sticking out and awkward. A bunch of leaves had already fallen out. The leaves that remained in the arrangement were bent and had permanent creasing. Everyone in my household commented on how bad the arrangement looked. I reached out to a rude and unhelpful customer service, telling me there is no recourse because "every arrangement is unique." For $400+ flowers, I expect superior quality and competent customer service. Do not shop here.

Terrible customer service. For the last 5 year, I have been giving V&F flowers to my wife for our anniversary. This year I received the bouquet with squished flower. As soon as my wife opened the boxes, she noticed the issues. I contacted Venus Et Fleur and was told I exceeded the 48 hrs to raised issues. Is an anniversary gift...Am I going to open the gift and give to my wife ? Give me a break! I ordered the flowers to arrive 48 hr before the anniversary and the packages arrive 5 days in advanced. When you spend over $1,000 in a single bouquet you expect to at least get quality flower, not mashed.

Received these flowers for my birthday with 5 bulbs broken. Incredibly frustrating experience where it took them multiple days to investigate the issue and now in order to get a replacement I have to ship the damaged arrangement back first. Essentially we are paying $500 for hassle. For a "luxury" store what kind of customer service and remediation is that? Are they planning on re-using this extremely damaged arrangement? So incredibly frustrating. Hilarious that in their story the founders say they created this because they were disenchanted and disappointed with "the poor quality and lack of reliability within the floral industry". Looks like they just contribute to the problem but at a higher price tag and with much more hassle for the customer. No thanks.

Don't fall for what is absolutely a beautiful package. It is surrounded by terrible policy and service without any concern for meeting agreements. I purchased one of the large boxes well ahead of the 2PM cutoff for promised same day delivery and paid for same. It had to be same day as the recipient wouldn't be there following. Happily I paid the extra for this amazing opportunity. Of course, at 6PM, I get an email blaming their delivery service and saying it'll be delivered the next day. Of course, I didn't pay that rate and nothing was offered even for this small offset. Furthermore, I wouldn't have used their service for next day as it is moot. I reach out to customer service as they directed hoping for a mature response to their failure to deliver. I am only met with "We have a strict no refund policy". Refund? You didn't deliver the service purchased? That isn't a refund, that failure to satisfy an agreement. Ridiculous and such a disappointment. I had such high hopes and instead have flushed $500 down the toilet for a low ethics vendor that won't take responsibility for their own failure. Thank God I used my AMEX...

Read this Review before you Buy! They have low ratings for a reason! I'm so sad to have to write this. If you're an app user like me, you'll see tons of advertisements for these beautiful roses on different platforms. Click and bait, there I was looking at an arrangement for a business associate. I was tasked with picking and organizing the delivery of one of these. We agreed on a color of box, we paid extra for a black marble against purple. 560$ later, the person got these pictured below. Although they are pretty they aren't what we ordered and not the favorite colors requested. Customer service wanted me to send these back to get a replacement. Of course they had thrown the box out so I wasn't about to spend money on a new box. It was sent to a hotel and over a weekend so the company couldn't send the right order anyway. Would I ever order from them? Never Would I recommend them? Never Please be careful too if they are having people send things back make sure you're getting a fresh product. You would think that being a "high" end store they would have the best customer service like any other luxury name brand but they definitely don't. It's a rat race just getting them to acknowledge their own mistake. P.S. mind you we are in a pandemic where they want me to send back a used, wrong product back. Desperate? Inconsiderate? I'm not sure what to call it. Irresponsible? Shame on them.

Update: They gave me a $50 gift card because of their mistakes and I ordered the single rose. It came today and it looks tattered, ripped, and sorry looking. I'm so glad I didn't pay for this out of my pocket. Wholeheartedly I can say this company and its rose quality suck!

I placed an online order today and instantly realized I selected the wrong item. I called customer service within TWO minutes asking for either my order be modified (to a more expensive item) or to be canceled so that I could immediately reorder. Venus ET Fleur refused. Absolutely refused. Mere seconds after order was placed and I was refused. I did not see the 'no return' policy online but was told that this is the case. I called American Express and we did a merged call and they still refused! Now, I would like to know if they NEVER do changes nor modifications--then why does the phone tree options suggest that you select '3' for changes to your order? Have never encountered such a poor customer service experience before. Will NEVER be a customer again and encourage ALL that I know to avoid this business. I hope your business fails.

I was choosing between many box flower company, and i went with Venus Et Fleur. How I wish I didn't! I ordered the one Grand big rose for a special occasion, the rose arrived was much differ from how it is present on their website. The rose looks much smaller, one side opened in a blossoming stage, the other half all flatten, and it's not in a circular shape. Can I call it defected, or the sick rose during a pandemic. I wanted to make it right, I called and asked if I could go to the store and exchange something closer than expected; I was told the online aspect of the business doesn't link to the store, if I send pictures to email they are gladly to help me and expedite a replacement. When I did email them, they simply shut me down stating each flower is unique and their policy doesn't offer exchange or refund. Yes I understand each flower is different and unique, I dont mind a little off, maybe offer 70% from your presentation; but what I received doesn't even meet 50% from what's presented online. I was willing to travel to the store to make an exchange, and they refused that as well. This is good if you are shopping in their store in person, so you know what you are getting. But DO NOT order from their online service! Overall this is a very bad business ethics, I would not recommend.

This is the worst florist I ever got flowers from!!! My boyfriend got me the $400 arrangement for my birthday from here because I wanted to try the flowers that are supposed to last a year and smell really nice but instead the flowers came with very little scent and after 2 days they were already starting to darken and curl. I wrote them twice to get this fixed or to send the flowers back and the response was sorry but we can't do anything about it. So basically I gave them $460 to get stuck with something I am totally unhappy about. Stay away from this company! They will take your money and send you whatever and won't care.

I am just going to say order from somewhere else because online is useless and the customer service is horrible.I just want flowers to last.For some reason or another my boyfriend continues to order from them. These flowers don't last.He sent me a large arrangement on Feb 19 and the flowers have already turned white at the top and is wilted.That is absolutely absurd. I called customer service ,sent pictures only to get a response that this is normal. Did I mention my boyfriend continues to gift them because of the fact they are SUPPOSE to last for a year.These flowers are expensive and we have continuously tried to support this company but to spend that much money on flowers and not even have them last for a month now that is Ridiculous,unprofessional and horrible customer service!
