The lamb was perfectly thin and the sauce was well balanced, though be sure to mix the noodles around since the oil falls to the bottom and it's otherwise a bit on the sour side. I don't have the vocabulary to properly describe the pickles, but they're also great. The noodles were a bit thick for my taste, and the cilantro was too big/inconvenient. All that said - not worth the wait. It took maybe 40 minutes.
It’s located inside Chelsea Market, so it can be a little crowded, but there was outside seating available. I got here a little after 12:30pm on a Monday, so there was a line, but it moved fast and my food also came out super quick.

Fantastic dish. Had the very spicy vegan Dan Dan (I'm not vegan) and they were excellent. I thought it'd be spicier based on reviews and their warnings but it was fine. Great texture. Payment service ran very slow
