I don't know much about this bakery, but we stumbled upon it exploring CHelsea Market. Packaging is cute. Evidently it's a different textured thick brownie that is really good. I'm glad they offer samples. Otherwise I don't think I would have purchased any because it was around $6-7 for one tiny square. I purchased a matcha brownie & a double chocolate chip? one. I've been to this bakery a couple of years ago. I was happy to receive a mixed pack of their brownies today. The brownies are not dry. They're moist and flavorful. The bakery is located inside Chelsea Market. It's clean and their employees are very helpful. Looking forward to my future visit.
