This is one of my favorite diners in the entire city, I love how small and cozy it is especially coming here in the winter to have my pancakes and other hot food. I grew up going here before church on Sunday mornings in the 2000s. Excellent kind, fast service.

Cash only, but a great diner with food and service to match.

A good old-fashioned New York deli and lunch counter. Friendly and efficient, wait staff served coffee, eggs, pancakes, toast, and all the basics that you would expect quickly and with just the right amount of attention.

Always liked to think of this place as an old school NYC coffee shop…but as the years went by, it’s clear they only care about your money (unfortunately) while customers who bring the money are not important at all (apparently). Restrooms are for selective individuals even if you’re a paying customer. In the year 2025 you are still forced to break out cash. I came in early one morning and they literally had a whole grease fire and and I couldn’t finish my meal because all the customers had to evacuate (for obvious reasons 🔥) did the staff look for an extinguisher?—no they went to register to get out checks!—for the eggs n toast we weren’t able to finish let alone enjoy 💀💀💀 how about u attend to the fire bro yea I get better service at the coffee carts where your business is appreciated. If you’re looking for some rude service, this is it, you found it

Overall, it was an average experience. My omelette was mistakenly served with a piece of bacon inside, which was disappointing. Additionally, they only accept cash, which can be inconvenient for customers.

I stumbled on this little coffee spot and I’m so glad I did. The bagels come out fresh and warm — soft, chewy, and just delicious — and the coffee is smooth and actually tastes like coffee should. The people working there are super nice too. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back every morning

This restaurant is the real old school deal for a New York City diner experience. The food and the service were good. I had bacon and eggs with French fries. We were able to walk right in and get a table with no wait. But they were pretty busy. I would go again when I’m in the area. The prices seemed high but that’s kind of the way things seem to be going. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because when we were paying we were informed it was cash only. I’m glad I had cash on me. They may have a sign up about that but I didn’t see it when I walked in. Also, no restroom for customers which I thought was odd. Overall a nice diner.
