Came here back in 2021 and loved it then, I found this place again in 2025 so I decided to celebrate my birthday dinner here. This was a bad mistake, chewy steak tacos, watered down drinks. We ordered 3 pitchers and every time it came it straight up tasted like juice. Service was terrible although the gentlemen was nice, we had to stack up our own plates and garbage because nobody came around to take the plates away.
This place was not what we expected, but in a good way. We went about 9pm, they had a live DJ. The upbeat party atmosphere was great. This did not detract from the bartender providing us with excellent service. We ordered the nachos and quesadilla. They were both absolutely fantastic. The tequila selection here was great and the bartender knew his stuff when it came to what tequila was what. We will definitely be returning here and I highly recommend you check it out as well!
I usually do not leave bad reviews and this is as close as it gets. I was really craving good Mexican food and unfortunately Vida Verde did not hit the spot. The wings were underwhelming and lacked flavor. I expected more. That said the carne asada tacos were solid and definitely the highlight of the meal. They helped redeem the experience a bit but overall I left wishing it had lived up to the hype.
