I went into this location to purchase two drinks, I paid by debit card. When asked if I desired to leave a tip I selected no, not every to go purchase gets a tip. I went about my life then get a message from my debit card company that the original amount for the vivis transaction was changed to add a tip. So rather than $16 it was bumped up to $18.23. I was shocked at the sneaky behavior and the unauthorized tip that was just taken out my account. I have filed fraudulent activity with my bank and I want to warn anyone who purchases at this location.

My girlfriend and I got two orders of popcorn chicken, one spicy and the other I can't remember. The portions were huge for the price, we could barely finish them honestly. Excellent and dynamic flavor on both orders! I will stop by again for sure! I can't comment on the bubble tea at this time but I want to try that next time.

I got a large honeydew tea with boba. Quite expensive, but hey, it's NYC. I think the ratio of powder to tea is a little off. The milk tea tasted almost cloying in a way. I would've liked more tea flavor. It was really lacking the refreshingness of fresh honeydew. The amount of boba was sufficient and the quality was good.
I'd say it's average overall.

I had a strawberry fruit tea with mango bubbles, the tea was good but the bubbles not really, the tea also had big chunks of strawberry in it.

I got the kumquat lemon tea and it was perfect, not sweet, full of zesty flavour. Tapioca here also has a specific flavour and texture I pretty much enjoyed :)
