Probably one of the worst bubble tea I've had. Ordered the most basic tea- oolong milk tea iced with almond milk and boba. Looked and tasted weird/watery/weird sweetener. Wont be back.

This used to be my favorite bubble tea spot in the city. But now with so many, there's a lot of competition. ViVi delivered the definition of a hybrid of a bubble tea/dessert spot. Love their matcha combo with the cotton candy. At the time, it was super cute (yes, this was for the gram). It was delicious and the matcha was not the weak stuff at all. The staff were super sweet and had recommended my boyfriend try the Kumquat Lemon which tasted super authentic. We had returned to this location multiple times and it was consistent.

I just wish they would upgrade and add a vegan milk option, (almond, coconut , oat, hemp, cashew etc etc) its 2020 not everyone drinks cow milk or lactaid

Was awesome and the staff were really nice. But my dad found a hair piece and I did too. It was unpleasant but everything else was awesome!

The place is always very clean and I always come here for a quick snack or to get a bubble tea. There is always something new featured and I would always get it. The drinks are very good and the tapioca is very fresh and chewy. It is very convenient for me and I would go when I am in need of a drink, or if I'm hungry, I would get their popcorn chicken or their sausages; both are delicious, but they take a long time to cook, so you'll need to wait at least 10 mins to get your food order.

Good service. Tried most of the menu and think that it's all solid food. Favorites are the popcorn chicken, rice bowl (which is a nod to the Taiwanese minced meat rice bowl), and takoyaki. Drinks are good too. The chocoraspberry one reminds me of a lighter milkshake. I know there are different locations as Vivi is a chain, but the people here are friendly and chill. Definitely recommend this location!

Got the Creamy High Mountain tea since reviews hyped up the cheese foam dranks. The cheese foam was def interesting and kinda grew on me at the end. Boba was the right firmness. I got 50% sweet but would get 75% sweet next time since it I like it lightly sweet and it still tasted a bit bitter cause of the strong tea (which I appreciate!)

They're open. Stood online to order, just to find out they don't accept cash or credit cards. I was told I can only pay using venmo or cash app. What happened to cash is king?? In any case, I don't use these apps and didn't bother to download these apps. Not my loss!

Best known for their bubble tea floats with cotton candy or their nitrogen ice cream roses

* open during pandemic! While mindlessly scrolling through Instagram a couple of nights ago after dinner, I realized that April 30th was a holiday: National Bubble Tea Day. Instantly, I was craving some. I checked all the delivery apps to see who was still delivering at around 8:30pm and found Vivi. Vivi was never a standout favorite boba spot of mine, but has always been a reliable and affordable option. Plus they were offering free delivery on orders over $15! My boyfriend and I both got a large taro milk bubble tea (less ice, 30% sugar - the way to go) which were $5.75 each as well as a basil popcorn chicken for $6.50. I like that they offer an extensive food menu - lots of options to bump up your total to $15/free delivery. The drinks and fried chicken very much hit the spot for us and it was the perfect lateish night snack. Thanks for the necessary boba fix, Vivi!

I absolutely love this bubble tea and snack shop! It's a Taiwanese-based shop but they have Japanese snacks like onigiri. The food and drinks are stellar! Their drinks stand out from other drinks because of the unique jellies they have and the fun flavor combinations. I like how it didn't taste like syrup and how you could adjust the sweetness and ice level. I had the kumquat lemon jelly ice tea and strawberry lemon-jade. I also had the popcorn chicken and Chloe rice ball. The popcorn chicken can come in different flavors (pepper salt, spicy, basil, etc). I got the pepper salt and it was delicious. It was perfectly cooked and seasoned. It was the perfect savory snack! The Chloe rice ball was super fun to eat. It came in the onigiri plastic that pulls in a certain direction for you to eat. It was super cute and tasty. I loved the crunchiness inside. Their bags and stickers were all so cute. These drinks were the highlight of my day in the city. They're a Taiwanese franchise with multiple locations all throughout the US.
