Horrible deli. Had an argument with the cashier about something so simple he wanted to charge me extra for. Very rude staff and they act like they're miserable all the time with a bad attitude. I hope this place loses business slowly. I'm praying for it. You think everybody in the area is the same and you can treat people like sht. That's not the way things work. You cater to your customers not the customer caters to you. Hope you get what's coming to you.

Horrible. The staff does not listen, does not think, and does not pay attention to the order. The deli is empty and not busy. The counter person is still not able to focus on the task at hand. If you order and pay for food, you should receive what you asked for. Not something entirely different. Of course they charged me for the more expensive food item which they did not include. It was not an accident. They did not simply forget. That has happened on multiple occasions that they have screwed up my order. I will never order food from them again. I will keep it small and simple like a muffin and a water so they can't screw it up. They don't deserve one star and if could give them zero I would have. There has to be other better choices on the upper West side. Do not waste your time and money ordering here.Where is the turkey? Only ham on this sandwich. NO turkey.

Located at the intersection between the 96th St station and the crosstown bus, this deli has become a convenient place for me to get a hot sandwich and a drink while waiting for a transfer.

Just off the 96st station, it's a nice deli. The guy working there was friendly. Prices are ok. Good selection of hot sandwiches and drinks. Well lit. Clean. Not to small inside. Accessible from the street.

A pretty good deli. It has a pretty convenient location. W96 Deli has the common stuff. Beer, cigarettes, snacks and whatever else you can get fast. There's not a whole lot else to know about it. It should be easy to find with the address. Of course it's on West 96th obviously. This is on the corner of Amsterdam and the area around this is pretty quiet. Basically one of the few stores in this part. The prices aren't that bad for most items it seems. Also it's by a bus stop so it's pretty convenient. It literally is a convenience store if you ride the bus here. There's lots of pretty good stuff.

~ STINGY ON THE CREAM CHEESE ~I ordered an everything bagel, double toasted, and with cream cheese. The bagel was light toasted. There was hardly any cream cheese to be seen. One small layer of cream cheese. The service was horrible. They don't even have vegetable cream cheese.
