Check my profile, I never leave anything less than 5 stars, but on this one I had to. Two in our group had allergies. We went through them over 3-4 times with the waiter. We thought we were square, but the waiter kept mixing them up and seemed nervous. It wasn’t until the chef came out when we found out that some of the orders certainly weren’t allergy compliant. Without that intervention, my girlfriend would have been in the ER. It affected the experience.

My husband and I had an exceptional dinner at Wallse. We truly enjoyed every dish, the elegant atmosphere ( without being pretentious),intimate lighting and superb service. Lamb was delicious! Octopus was amazing and bread was perfection. We were so pleased with a wonderful Austrian wine. We will be returning for sure, for another lovely experience.

Mixed experience. We had cocktails and a prefix 3 course dinner. As soon as the cocktails were delivered we were asked to order, several times. Then reminded, in no uncertain terms, by the maitre d that we had a strict two hour window to eat a get out, as the table was reserved. We were a little stunned and contemplated leaving. But the waiter was nice and we did not want to escalate the scene. We ordered and were out before our deadline. The trout was excellent, apple strudel...
