A teerible experienceI saw how the bartender yelled at a boy, he literally told him, I told you once and he didn't listen and that's why I yelled at you, "I don't like repeating things twice" after the boy told him why he was so rude and used bad words. He told them, "What if I was going to cry? Are you a baby?" After that, he made them leave the bar, screaming until they came out. I don't understand how they let those types of people work, that bartender (a tall bald white guy with a beard) is an aggressive person who should go to therapy for anger control (He has a lot more reviews for racism and homophobia but he is still working) if he can't repeat something twice to a client without getting angry and you start screaming, I shouldn't work in the customer service industry.

horrible experience today April 1, I went to have a good time at night, the bartender, a tall guy, white and bald, was insulting my friend, I cordially asked him to explain to me what happened and he started to get up voice and curse, at no time did we disrespect him but the guy insulted us and shouted throwing us out of the bar, it's a shame we came to this bar the before afternoon having a good time, it's a shame that someone with that degrading attitude works, ruining experience, seriously needs therapy to act that way without any reason.

The Bartender this white, fat and bald piece of garbage was so rude and kick us out of the bar without even ordering something, he was claiming than he didn't like to explain 2 times and repeat himself like if we were doing something wrong for asking him.Worse Bartender ever, like if there is any science on brewing beers, I have been there before with a different person on the bar and this guy was clearly stressed out and yelling at us for basically nothing, acting like a child in front of multiple people and just keep yelling like if he was the victim, he didn't even let us show our ID because keep complaining about having to repeat himself. Grow up and learn some customer service.Fire this guy asap and get someone who actually like their job.

Came here twice on a cork vacation, small town vibes and great service from Nikki! Super close to Penn station if you’re waiting for a train and don’t want to go too far! I will be making this my first stop every time I come to the city!!

I hate to post such a negative review, especially for a place that I have had great experiences in, but my last visit was really awful. Everything was going just fine until the bartender made transphobic comments to me and my partner about trans women. It was incredibly disheartening and hurtful. Walter's has been a sponsor bar for queer sports teams so we were shocked to hear something so horrible be said. We used to go there after games and will now be recommending to everyone in the league to avoid the bar for our own safety as the teams include trans women.

Very unorganized staff. Was very disappointed and displeased. Save your time and go elsewhere

extremely rude bartender, who is tall white and bald, probably racist. i politely asked for a dirty martini, the very rude bartender starts telling me they don’t have them they don’t even have olives. i only because i seen it on google. he said “that’s google” … it’s not a big deal that they don’t have the drink i asked for but you could’ve at least suggested something similar instead of telling what what you don’t have and what’s not online. whatever. bad experience. i definitely would’ve stayed and just ordered another drink but i’m not paying for bad service. i work in the industry
