This venue is def a staple in NYC. My bestie and I would come regularly for ladies night back in the day. If you know, you know haha! They have updated and changed this venue quite a bit and for the better.
Last night I attended the Danity Kane concert. There were 3 types of tickets for this show, VIP With meet and greet which were let in first, Reg VIP and GA. The staff at the door was courteous and had 2 lines, one for Reg VIP and one for GA because the VIP with meet & greet were already inside. We arrived at 6 and waited about 45 minutes in the cold to be let in.
We went through metal detectors and they checked bags. We then went to the Coat check area and bathrooms and then the bar. This is where things get messy. They didn't have the reg VIP people go to the venue area, we had to wait at the downstairs bar with the people who had GA tickets to then go in. I feel like the people who had the reg VIP should have been let into the area where the stage was to then get drinks at that bar. Especially since we had lanyards and wrist bands to show we were Reg VIP and there was a bar upstairs with the stage was. Not only would we be able to secure a spot early and close, we would actually feel like VIP. This caused a mess because there were people with VIP meet and greet already there that were tall and right in front and people with GA upset that the tall people were blocking their view. I saw a GA girl pour a drink on the back of a VIP girl with those tall men and a fight almost happened. Luckily, security got the complaints and took the GA girls away but it created an entitlement and mess because we were all blended together.
All in all the venue is nice, the staff here is efficient and def gets their job done. The security guard was assertive and got the GA girls out of there quick and the staff at the bar were so nice. Bathrooms were clean and the coat check girls tried the best they could to get people in and out. I recommend this venue but wish they had a better process for all the VIPs.
I truly enjoyed the show and hope to come here for other events
Great venue space, staff where slightly rude and unfriendly, bartenders where very nice however. Prices were about typical for a concert venue.
Great venue. Acoustics seem a tad off depending on where you are standing.
I've been here twice both shows were epic will definitely be back hopefully sooner than later
Awesome venue, great sound, staff was courteous, split up on 3 floors so it didnt seem too crowded.
The best experience 🥳🥳🥳
Waterboys show was awesome
Brilliant Venue
Absolute dumpster fire of a venue. Venue owners are greedy. I was supposed to see Olivia O’Brien here in 2021 but due to me getting Covid, it was impossible for me to travel and attend this concert. Covid rules at the time would block me from coming in so attending the show would’ve been impossible. I had VIP, so paid quite a bit. The venue told me I’m due a refund for that but they did not live up to their promise. I’m still waiting for my refund. Extremely disappointed in this place! Don’t go here for shows!
While there is a good amount of room around the venue to walk around, drink, use the bathroom, etc. Sound isn’t great, and the sight lines from the upper floor leave a lot to be desired.

I had so much fun at my concert here! My only complaint is the staff could not verify my tickets as I got them from a third party and I had to repurchase all my tickets for nearly twice what I originally paid.
Such an incredible experience in this amazing space on New Year's Eve for the Flying Lotus show! The space is much larger than I imagined it would be from the outside. Each floor is a vibe! The staff are great, drinks are good. Looking forward to another concert here.
Always great to see a show at Webster hall!
Jumping out the world
Saw Desaparecidos here when they came back to tour. Stoked for that. I’m sure I saw a bunch more, but I suffer from show memory loss.
I think the last time I was here was emo night.
Here’s a piebald proposal though.
