Basically, when I was in a Wendy’s, I had a Caesar salad as well as a foam iced coffee and some chili fries but what I didn’t like about the place is that with the chili fries they come with beans but they could’ve just said in there that it comes with beans instead of just saying chili fries so it kind of makes it a little misleading and also the phone was incorrect as they had a white pure foam, but then they added some other ingredients with the foam that they didn’t say it had on it which was misleading, and wasn’t even the same color of foam as on advertisement and the Seder salad tasted soggy and bland but you pay a lot for it :( I had to Throw out the foam from the coffee drink (WOULDN’T RECOMMEND)

I purchased a chicken sandwich and a bacon burger from Wendy’s. The portions of meat were a third smaller than the actual buns. The bacon were almost nonexistent. Wendy’s has changed in a way that makes white castle look like they’re serving big Macs. I don’t understand why they are still in business!

This location is straight garbage, from someone who works in service industry i'd be embarrassed to say I either own or manage this location. Front is always messy no cleanliness and Food always takes 20/30 mins each time, IT NEVER FAILS!

Ordered delivery from here, just got my order now. They put ice cubes in my frosty??? I noticed it seemed very liquid and warm at first, but then I realize they added ice to cover it up. Just 86 items of they're not ready/ available. They also failed to add all of the condiments, napkins and to go utensils that were ordered. No sauce for chicken nuggets is bad business. Unfortunately this is not the 1st time this has happened at this location. Ice in the frosty is wild. Never again.

Worst Wendy’s wait I’ve ever seen prob worst wait of any fast food place I’ve ever been - Jolibees doesn’t take this long this place is slow bc the workers are horrible and don’t care - complaining gets you nowhere in the app - this place single handedly hangs on bc of the hospital workers I hate this place - they have security but neighborhood kids will turn up and make noise and take over bc they’re paying customers
