Absolutely dismal experience at this wingstop, with an absolutely insane time to wait and lack of staff accounting for this. I was aware of these problems which is why I even ordered half an hour in advance and still had to wait over an hour and a half to get my food. Sure, this may be acceptable for a large order but 2 sandwiches and a large fries? I couldnt imagine the time for a large order. Do not place an order if you value your time

I ordered 3 chicken combos and they only gave me 2 and still incomplete the truth is it's a shame two times that has happened to me.

They always say 25-30 mins wait, always! This is never the case, they will keep pushing your wait time for almost an hour. Their inline wait time and in person wait time is the worst. Never trust their wait time, plan on waiting waaaay more then they tell you to. I have been here so many times and it’s always the same.

We loved this store and everyone was so friendly! Went there three times during our 7 day NY trip. Shoutout to Tania the store manager and her colleagues. We will definitely eat there again when we’re back in NY! :)

ordered at 5pm with ETA of 30 minutes. started calling them and the deliveryman once it was 30 min late at 6pm. Kept calling them and they promised us that the food is coming out/is being delivered. It’s currently 9:25pm and they just cancelled on us without any notice. We ordered a significant amount of food and it doesn’t feel great to be lied to and scammed. Do not order from here if you want any kind of food. So disappointed.

The worst location I ever been to. The sprite tasted like seltzer water, the food lacked seasoning, tasted like fried chicken, fries tasted like grease. I needed salt so bad. I got different flavors and they tasted the same. I ordered the food to be done by 120. I came and the food was sitting for a least an hour. The fries were ice cold. The worst experience at wingstop. I feel like I was robbed for 18 dollars. I work in the area and if I had time I would’ve brought my food back. Where’s the manager. Trash trash trash.

Customer service was very short and snappy. I waited 40 minutes for a chicken sandwhich which takes 7 minutes to cook before asking how much longer. I was told the ticket wasn’t sent back….. this was very upsetting as the lady at the counter was very short with me. The resultant is also a mess! Tables are sticky and dirty. Also when the worker found out my order hadn't even been started she said in a demanding tone “come” to me….. this is not at all how an employee should speak to a customer. My friends were all in shock at the way I was being spoke to. Completely unprofessional.

We walked in and it was full of people. We were able to order our food with no issue, however we had to wait 30 long minutes for our food when they said it would take 15 short minutes. The presentation is nothing short of horrendous. My food was alright but the scent from my friends food drastically distorted his opinion on his meal. He was unable to finish his chicken tenders and we left unsatisfied. Don’t know how they get so many customers. Poor Baruch students eating such bad food.

The food is really good and I appreciate the many options they have but they fall short in a few aspects. One, the place is understaffed and asking for anything takes 5 minutes. The bathroom requires an employee to unlock it, they don’t have plastic straws just gross paper ones, and the tables are usually sticky or dirty. The place just feels like its slowly decaying and they forgot to give to me a cup for my soda, when I told them this I had to wait five minutes because the only cashier was busy helping an Uber Eats driver find his order…

They have the worst employees with zero customer service skill. I ordered 15 mins before and when I asked for the order they said I just ordered and it's gonna take 1 hour to serve the food!!! The wings were hard and cold and the sauce was half the container. When asked where can I throw the bag they suggested to throw it anywhere outside!

Unprofessional worse, wing Stop I have ever seen one employee in this location telling the cashier don’t service this customer I don’t no why without no reason? I have been waiting more than 30 minutes before taking my order after I start taking video .If you don’t believe me, let’s go to the camera. This my order receipt.
