We loved this store and everyone was so friendly! Went there three times during our 7 day NY trip. Shoutout to Tania the store manager and her colleagues. We will definitely eat there again when we’re back in NY! :)

The food is really good and I appreciate the many options they have but they fall short in a few aspects. One, the place is understaffed and asking for anything takes 5 minutes. The bathroom requires an employee to unlock it, they don’t have plastic straws just gross paper ones, and the tables are usually sticky or dirty. Fries are amazingWings are pretty goodThe worker with blue/green hair seemed really niceOnly issues are that they take a really long time to get your order and the place itself is kinda dirty, when I went to sit my table was all sticky and I had to clean it myself.Also, they don’t have a place for garbage in there and they don’t have any hand sanitizer dispensers either.
