I have been coming here weekly for over a year for my Dubai-style chocolate-covered strawberries, but this will be my last time. The service from Tasha was horrible—a terrible attitude, rude, and acting as if the strawberries were free. She didn't even hand them to me; she simply finished making them and set them aside.

Tasha at Chelsea location was super helpful and the Dubai strawberries were incredible!!! It’s always clean and the have some great hard to find candy selections if you are a candy lover

I definitely recommend this spot, she was so nice and patient very honest, and I really like her services, she even gave my baby girl gummies really appreciate her, I don't know how to spell her name but I think shes by the cashier and doing dubai cup. Definitely would come back again.

Had such an amazing experience at this Nuts Factory location! The staff was very welcoming, helpful, and willing to answer our questions. They were also very generous and offered us many delicious free samples! In terms of the quality and variety of the nuts and goodies themselves, it was truly outstanding! From fancy Turkish candies to Dubai chocolate-filled dates, to dried nuts and fruits for the more health-conscious or those with not as big a sweet tooth, the options are endless, and there is truly something for everyone. The prices are also pretty decent considering the gourmet quality, and there are frequent good deals for members that make it even better. Would definitely recommend visiting Nuts Factory on 6th!
