One of the best schezuan beef noodles I have had. Rightly proced, they offer 3 levels of spice mild, regular and extra spicy. They also have complimentary chilli oil and crisps(dry crunchy chilli ) for anyone needing more kick. I had the spicy and tingly beef and it was spice heaven.
Amazing food. Noodles are doughy and full of flavor. Both the lamb and pork were top notch and were perfectly complemented with this chili oil without being overbearing. Highly recommend anything on the menu
A solid spot for Xi’an hand-pulled noodles with a satisfying chewy texture and bold flavors. I tried the cumin spicy lamb dish, which delivered a good balance of aromatics and heat. It's a self-service setup with plenty of seating, though it can get busy during peak times.
