Ordered a Liang Pi Cold Skin noodle with mild spice and a Spicy Cumin Lamb Hand-Ripped Noodles with least spicy and less oil. If you can handle your spice, definitely go for the regular spice levels.The liang pi is a refreshing plate even for spring with cold noodles, tofu, and greens that are calming and pleasant.
