I was real struggling to find a good vegetarian food which we indian call as “desi” food. I luckily stumbled on this place. The environment was good, the owner is amazing, he is friendly, one will look to have a conversation with him.

Affordable lunch spot - $10 for two veg over rice with Naan. Naan is made fresh there.
Vegetarian options - usually 2 types of dahls, saag paneer and a tomato-y based dish - sometimes tofu sometimes cauliflower. Also a rotating veg dish that’s been squash or mushrooms.
Reusable plates and forks if you eat there which I like as it’s less wasteful
Brown rice option if you want it a little healthier
So personally ticks all the boxes
