It's ok .... Felt like a I was in India for a few minutes. As you can see my dish was very hearty.. Basmati Rice, Curry Lamb and lentils. The ambience wasn't great and food tasted a bit bland but the spice was there. However they had tables to sit and enjoy your meal if you decide to stay. I'll be back.
This place is bomb will be back. So flavorful and the price is rice. Getting free naan and rice for the lunch special is a nice touch. So many Indian places in NY but some of them are oddly bland. This place is not, it's awesome. I was pleasantly surprised and not expecting this for FiDi. Try the fried cauliflower. It feels like chicken and it's slightly spicy and tangy which I didn't expect but loved.
