My order was very simple. A Whopper with only onions. No ketchup. Add Mustard. I got a whopper slathered in ketchup with no mustard and no onions. I'm all the way in another borough now when I see my ordered is complete messed up. I contacted the app about a refund and they refused to give me a full refund and only offered a 5 dollar coupon that doesn't even cover the cost of what I paid for.
