Normally I try not to penalize a restaurant for being dirty if they have really good food, especially if they’re still growing, but this place has like five other locations so I’m not sure how excusable it is that no one cleans the tables or floor here. Not sure if the recipe changed but the spicy lamb cumin noodles were nowhere as spicy as in the past. I used to need a break to finish it. This time the spice level was below expectations. The spices used were also not as good as I remember. I was surprised when I saw pieces of jalapeno as I don't recall seeing them in years past. Maybe it's a one time fluke. I will try again in the coming months and hope for a better experience.
