Well, the tonkatsu ramen is impressively flavorless. Not offensive, but the noodles and soup practically tasted like nothing! My friends got the shoyu and miso and theirs seemed fine but not fantastic
Another Chinese restaurant having changed its menu to increase its number of customers, without having taken the trouble to take a sincere interest in Japanese cuisine... Nothing is bad but not at all up to the standard of Japanese cuisine.
