The burger was excellent, however the pizza was disappointing. The welcome given to children by the staff of the bar located on the second floor was regrettable. The pleasant atmosphere evoked New York style. The service was impeccable, and the mac and cheese was also high quality. Occasional stock shortages have been noted. The beer selection was nice. We had dinner there twice.

My wife and I had a reservation for a VIP table for New years night, to start at 8pm till 1am. It was very close to $1000 and the level of effort and service for that sort of money was horrible. We were left in the rain with everyone else that was waiting for the night to start for an hour. When we got in we were expecting a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine which was part of the ticket, we receive nothing all night. We got up to have some food from the buffet which was part of the ticket, then were told it doesn't start till 9:30 pm. Then the 5 hours of complimentary drinks were only set for the small cocktail menu not a open bar which was on the ticket. Just a little disappointing for a great time of the year.

Luciany had my party taken care of. Answered all of our questions and had great drink recommendations. Very helpful and nice guy.
A good place for a catch-up near Times Square. Chicken nachos are quite filling with large portion size. Highly recommend Belgian Blonde as well. It was quite strong. Downstairs can get pretty loud, and so I'd suggest you go upstairs for an easy conversation. Had a great time, and will certainly stop by again.

Had reservations and was able to find seats at the bar. The food was top notch and the service was good. At some points the bar was staffed by only 1 bartender who got swamped with orders. But Luciany got it done and still took care of those of us sitting at the bar. He was always super polite and has a good spirit. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

Horrible experience, the server Eryca has no respect for her guests. Throughout our evening we were treated with disrespect by her and constant eye rolls for no apparent reason. The tipping point was when the server Eryca snatched the plate from us while we were eating and asked us to empty out the table within 5 min because we tipped her less and she had the audacity to ask us why after her disrespectful behaviour. We were also followed by her after we complained to her manager and we just wanted an apology from her which was denied. We were offered to be reimbursed but that is not the point, money is not the problem which these people fail to understand, people behaving nasty is the problem. And our server Eryca behaved so disrespectfully towards us from the beginning itself without any reason so if you are being treated badly by a server you can’t expect high tip !!! As simple as that, you can’t run behind me and ask what promblem I have with you when you created he problem with you guest by snatching their plate while they still eat. Horrible service and horrible way of dealing with the aftermath. Hope nobody has to experience this ! The food was also mid , edamame were undercooked and drinks also not upto mark.
