Three choices for vegan onigiri.

cbchey

as noted, it was great to see three vegan onigiri options. i’m not sure if they have dairy alternatives for milk but they do have fun fruit tea options. they’re supportive of the community and the staff is great. if they had/have dairy-free milk, it would be a go-to.

the girl working today (3/22) did not have the best customer service

when i asked her if my order was ready yet, she responded with attitude. and when i asked for a bag for my drink, she just threw the bag towards me..

Onigiris are very expensive but delicious. The drinks disappointed me :( I only recommend onigiris. I've shopped more than three times here

I paid extra for Thé tapioca but they forgot to put in! It was a to go so too late so only found out when I got home.

So I ordered this, the only tasty in this place are the drink and the rice balls. BUT the Tokyo fried chicken w/salad over rice tastes so horrible, so salty like I'm eating a pile of salt instead of the chicken and rice. I felt so disappointed because I wasted my precious money on the tokyo order so for it to taste like SALT!!! my precious money

it is impossible to order tea without sugar, there is no oat milk, the lychee boba smells like dishwashing liquid very bad

Shrimp tempura onigiri was warm, fresh and delicious! Tea was very refreshing and good.

Good boba! Good amount of toppings. They do charge for extra sugar though...

I haven't had a bubble tea this bad in at least a decade. It brings back memory of what bubble tea used to taste like waaay back in the days. (sugar water with artificial flavoring and coloring) I cannot believe now they charge close to $6 for a cup of flavored water. (Used to be $3).

Now, it is so much easier to find Asian drinks tasting 1000x better than what this place offers. Especially in China town.

What is not easy to find are seatings, which this place has. (Not much business given how uncompetitive the drinks are). This is why I am giving 2 stars instead of one.

Whether to the chrystie Street location. My order was a lil off. I was lookin for nothing xtra, especially since I don't trust the xtra on tip of that, I work uptown so I would never go back for something off. The tea was supposed to have xtra pop, one was missing the xtra pop...no biggie. I called and spoke to the mgr after she was briefed on my call (they forgot to put me on mute?). The mgr comes to the phone on defense mode. "I made the rice balls". She then went on to explain the steps to make the drinks. I had to tell her don't act like y'all are above an error. Then hung up on her. I'll just try my luck @ the gramercy location, it's just as close. We didn't even take pics because the call was just a heads up and we finished the food and darn near finished the drinks when we realized.

It's a good place to go for milk tea and fruity tea drinks, plus rice balls.
