Blown away like a torpedo out of the water ? ?Michelin star quality BROTH with beef bone marrow. ??Ramen was good but the broth, oh the broth, no words …. I grew up here and ate pretty much at all the Asian hot spots from Mott St to cheap eats on Christie St. I wouldn’t have to pay more than $3.50 - $12 for a bowl of noodles.So $21 for this beef bone marrow ramen aka GYUKOTSU is damn excessive but rightly justified. We had such a great time at this place. Jim, Nahid, and Mahmod were wonderful helping us pick out what we were going to try because it was our first time here, and it definitely won't be our last. The food spicy tuna taco, take Yakima, beef bone marrow gyukotsu, skinka pork gyoza and sake was amazing. Thanks so much guys for making us feel welcome.
