Nothing really went wrong, it’s just the dissatisfying food. As the signature dish here, the soup dumpling all stick to the paper bottom in tray, making it impossible to pick dumping up without breaking it. Zhajiang noodle (fried sauce noodle) got so soggy when being served, and the sauce is nothing to do with zhajiang, 0% authentic.

Incredible soup dumplings and noodle soup that reminds me of my mom’s cooking. Everything we’ve had is on point, the food comes out really quick, and the staff is incredibly friendly

Was walking my dog and passed this place by, decor isn’t the most flattering but the reviews on google were so positive I had to try it. Had the soup dumplings and they were yummy. So nice to know they are in FiDi. Looking forward to trying the rest of the menu. *anyone know if they use MSG?

Their Xiao Long Bao and chicken soup are the best I had in the states!! I don’t know how they did it but their dough for xiao long bao is perfect. The food reminds me of home, which I guessed it, their chef is Taiwanese.
The loofah dumplings are delicious, and the kale is just in season, so tender! Desserts are also great!

Excellent food!!! Loved every dish!
Absolutely terrible service.
One of the worst service I’ve ever had anywhere.
Restaurant was almost empty. Had to flag down server to take order, and to get check. Waiter never cleared table. Refused to allow us to order desert, was openly playing on his phone instead.

The small soup dumplings made fresh in the open kitchen. Authentic compared to Joe Shanhai's. Freshest vegetables. This is not americanized chinese. Very friendly and attentive service. Comfortable seating.

Staff was so kind :) The soup dumplings were good. They're tiny, very juicy, and comes out piping hot.

HIDDEN GEM ALERT! Yeh’s create their soup dumplings in-house, made to order and with the similar precision as the world famous DTF.
Gotta try all their soup dumpling options including the Shrimp & Loofah pictured here and the Black Truffle pork. We also loved the Braised pork Baos, fried Pork chop and the Crispy Duck!

Xiao Long Bao - very good ( thin skin not fatty filling soupy broth).
Beef Noodle soup - good (flavorful broth but it can use a bit more salt).
Scallion pancake - crunchy and tasty...good.
Service - very good.
Will come again.

This place is amazing! I actually like their soup dumplings better than Din Tai Fung's in NYC. Their green beans and pork cutlet are so good. They are very authentic and I always leave satisfied. Service is so fast and place is very clean too. It's a bit tucked away but highly suggest going if you are in the area!
