Ordered a sesame chicken. Quality and quantity was terrible for the price of the food. There was barely any chicken, and too much rice. Not only that, but the chicken was BROWN/DARK GREY on the inside. Chicken cooked should be WHITE. I was probably eating a NYC squirrel that just scavenged through a garbage bin for all I know.
Also ordered 2 soups, but only received one. Had to check and call them out for it, then they made me pay again.
4 hours later, and my stomach is turning. Have been sweating from the digestive pain, and it ruined my evening.
Awful experience.

Found Yip off of Google Maps because I was craving Chinese food so I decided to give it a try.
What you’re seeing is 2.3 pounds of food. Food is priced by the pound and it’s $9.99 a pound.
As for the food, this is a pretty good Chinese buffet. As you may or may not know, Chinese buffets are hit or miss. This place is definitely above average for what you’d expect. Teriyaki Shrimp was very solid. BBQ and Sweet chicken was really good as well. The wings are what you’d expect at a typical Chinese restaurant. Plantains were ripe and delicious. Rice wasn’t packing a lot of flavor but it wasn’t bad. It helped offset a lot of the other food.
The general tsos is the only thing I’d give a 0/10. Soggy, undercooked, and cold.
Would I come back? Yes. Will I come back? I probably will. Hopefully next time around I don’t end up packing my plate with 2.3 pounds of food.

The place is not very big. The food is not too bad. The noodle is not salty enough for me and a bit too much oil in it. I would recommend it.

Tried their Iced Matcha Latte, it was the worst thing I have ever tried. It was straight up water with barely any Matcha, and the pearls were not cooked properly. And no sweetness to the pearls at all. The medium was like a small, not worth the $6. Don't waste your money on their boba. But their food is great though!
Like an oasis if you’re looking for a bathroom and some dine-in break from the craziness.

Great local spot for lunch when I’m in the office. I usually go to the buffet and load up with the chicken and shrimp. Sometimes I will get the buffet and then eat upstairs.

This place is very much a mixed bag.A month ago I came to work not feeling well and wanted some chicken rice soup. I was told this would be 9.95. However the small Wonton soup was 3.75. It's just your basic Chinese-American food but it hit the spot and the price was better than outside the City.Today I hit up the buffet downstairs. There's a handwritten sign on the door that it's $7.99/lb 10:30 - 3:30. I got about 3/4 (.76) a pound of food and was charged 7.86, by my estimation I paid $9.50 a pound. Still an ok deal but the dishonesty leaves a bad taste in my mouth. On top of that, I got a lot of the vegetable lo mein, and you can get that upstairs for about 5 bucks, and you can get their specials with a lot more food for $8.75. (The next time you get Chinese food at home weigh it on a food scale, you'll be surprised how little a pound is).On the good side, the food isn't too greasy and since it's a buffet you can control your portion size and how much of each item you want. There are even proteins all by themselves. The place is very, very clean if you're concerned about that.
