The food is great. We ordered wild yellow croaker and duck stew with sticky rice ball as dessert. The taste has no problem but the portion is small compared to the price. Two sticky rice balls for 14 dollars. The good point is that the jasmine rice is free.

Solid place but if you don't like noise or distraction, ask to not be seated in the back where a gigantic projection screen is with too loud music is by the bar. Place way bigger than it looks from the outside.

I had my birthday party for 20+ people at YongChuan. Firstly, I was impressed by how responsive the event manager was during the entire planning process from scheduling to creating a customized menu that fit my tastes and preference. They were also accommodating and communicative for some last minute changes on my end.
The semi-private area was set up for us prior to our arrival and the proximity to the bar made it super easy to order our own drinks at our own pace and the drinks were really tasty and creative! There were also non-alcoholic options as well. There was a movie playing in the background and music that we were allowed to DJ ourselves if we wanted to.
The food was Ningbo/Shanghainese style. Portion sizes were perfect (everyone left extremely full) and the variety of food was impressive. Service was very attentive and kept switching out plates and filling our cups.
Thank you so much for making my birthday exactly how I had envisioned. I'd highly recommend this space for anyone else looking to throw a big birthday dinner for all their friends. The final cost was very good value for how much food we ended up ordering and for the event space as well.

Gave this another try on a Saturday. Service definitely was way better and so was the speed. Made the experience much more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a ayce dim sum!
Went to ayce dimsum brunch at 1:35pm on a Sunday.
Not many people, roughly 4-5 tables but service speed felt like it the place was packed.
I ordered a pretty standard porridge with century egg that took over an hour. We received incorrect or double orders on 4 separate occasions. We also witnessed complaints from others about service speed as well as incorrect orders. Couldn’t tell if it’s the servers or kitchens fault but regardless it’s unacceptable. I’d be extremely weary coming back with even more people.
Based on the service alone, I would not recommend coming back. Unfortunate because I’ve had a great dinner service before.

and to top it all off, not the restaurant's fault, but the couple next to me were loud and speaking racist and offensive things.
